Moyer Indoor | Outdoor requires all proposals to be submitted for evaluation at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, season, or program. Proposals submitted outside of this time frame will not be considered. Due to the high volume of requests received, Moyer Indoor | Outdoor asks that no telephone or additional email inquiries regarding the status of your request be made. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to requests that have not been approved. If you do not receive a response within 30 days of request submission, that means we are unable to honor your request.
