During your visit, we’ll perform:
Electrical & Mechanical Inspection
- Tighten electrical connections
- Inspect capacitors, contactors, relays, and safety controls
- Test motors and compressor performance
Cooling System Performance Testing
- Measure refrigerant pressures and temperatures
- Check temperature drops across the evaporator coil
- Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
Cleaning & Preventative Maintenance
- Clean coils as needed
- Flush the condensate drain line
- Clean the condensate pan
- Lubricate moving components when required
System Testing
- Verify thermostat operation
- Confirm your system is operating properly
- Review any recommended repairs or maintenance with you before leaving
After completing your tune-up, we’ll walk you through our findings, answer any questions, and let you know if we noticed anything that may need attention now or in the future. It’s all part of helping your cooling system run more efficiently, reliably, and comfortably throughout the season.
