Preventive Maintenance

No water on Saturday morning. I was fixed before noon, but we will need a new submersible well pump, which got installed before noon on Monday. Mike and Paul were professional, efficient, and answered my many questions. I have used Moyer for my oil burner service, redirecting water to avoid a fractured pipe above a spring house, and installation of three HVAC mini splits. A reliable company.

I had my furnace installed in 2017 and this week Moyer installed a new Air conditioning system. I was impressed with Thad on the furnace installation and asked that he be the lead on my AC system. Moyer Indoor/Outdoor installers (Tim & Dan) are the utmost professional installers I’ve ever experienced! They were punctual, communicative with every step along the way, they didn’t blare loud music, raise their voices or use inappropriate language. I appreciated they were respectful by wearing booties on their feet along with having drop cloths leading from my front door to the basement. Tim went above and beyond keeping me updated when it was apparent the install was going to need an extra day. Tim explained the new Heat pump system to me in layman’s terms which I understood. On a scale of 1-10, Tim & Dan deserve a score of 1000!
