We used Moyer for the first time 3 years ago when we moved into our home and we have never stopped. They have since replaced 2 heating and cooling systems and installed a humidifier all with the utmost respect to our home. Moyer Indoor/Outdoor installers (Tim & Dan) are the utmost professional installers I’ve ever experienced! They were punctual, communicative with every step along the way, they didn’t blare loud music, raise their voices or use inappropriate language. I appreciated they were respectful by wearing booties on their feet along with having drop cloths leading from my front door to the basement. Tim went above and beyond keeping me updated when it was apparent the install was going to need an extra day. Tim explained the new Heat pump system to me in layman’s terms which I understood. On a scale of 1-10, Tim & Dan deserve a score of 1000!
