They were punctual, communicative with every step along the way, they didn’t blare loud music, raise their voices or use inappropriate language. I appreciated they were respectful by wearing booties on their feet along with having drop cloths leading from my front door to the basement. Tim went above and beyond keeping me updated when it was apparent the install was going to need an extra day. Tim explained the new Heat pump system to me in layman’s terms which I understood. On a scale of 1-10, Tim & Dan deserve a score of 1000!

Just had our HVAC system replaced by Moyer. Thad, Dan and the third person (can’t remember his name, sorry) were fabulous. They were friendly, polite and just wonderful to have around. We have been using Moyer for ages. When we were told the HVAC should be replaced, we went and got 3 estimates for the job. Moyer was not the most expensive nor were they the cheapest. Since we know what we get with them, we decided to stay with Moyer. The install took 2 days and when they were done, they cleaned up better than when they first went down to the basement. I definitely would recommend Moyer.
